Please come and join us for a long run at Kensington Metropark. This is a free training event for those that will have big races in the Spring. We will be running the loop at Kensington with a water station about every 2 (ish) miles. We meet at the East Boat Launch on the lower level parking lot (closer to the boat ramp). All paces welcome
