The Great American Run

Date- May 19, 2018 

Start Times

• 13k Starts at 7:30 am       13k Run comes out to exactly 8.5 miles     
• 1 Mile Fun Run Starts at 9:00 am  
• 5k Starts at 9:30 am          

 Directions & Parking

• Martingale Beach in Kensington Metro Park
• 4570 Huron River Parkway Milford, MI US 48380
• Follow the "Martindale Beach" signs and you can't miss it.
• EZ Run Events signs will lead you to the exact location of our Event.
• Parking will be right next to the start & finish line.
• Kensington Metro Park will be charging to enter their park if you don’t have an annual pass. Daily ENTRY fee is $10.

Packet Pick-up

• Date: Friday - May 17
• Address: 13250 Newburgh Rd, Livonia, Mi 48150
• Time: 11 am until 6 pm
• Location Might change depending on future sponsors

For those that don't attend packet pick-up we recommend coming 1 hour prior to the start of the event. Picking up for someone else? All we need is the first & last name.

Costume Contest- Prizes will be given out to two different types of participants:

•  Individual Costume- 1 prize will be given to each winner
•  Partner Costume- 2 prizes will be given to each winner

 13k and 5k Age Group Awards

• Awards will be awarded to top Male and top  Female Finishers in the following age groups: 
• Females - 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+\
• Males - 13 & under, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Social Media Challenge 

1. Follow EZ Run Events on Social Media 
2. Take pictures during the event
3. Post Pictures and tag us 
4. Use the Hashtags: #EZrunevents    #TheGreatAmericanRun
5. Random Winners will win prizes??
6. The more you post the more chances you will receive to win prizes.

What do I do if I can't make it to packet pick-up?
For those that don't attend packet pick-up we recommend coming at least 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.​

All we need is the first & last name and you can pick up your friends and families packet.
