Baker College 5K Run/Walk Benefiting Relay for Life

THE FALL 2018 EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED!!!!!!

Join us for the 4th annual Baker College 5K Run/Walk Benefiting Relay for Life. The fall 2018 event will take place Saturday, September 22 @ 8:00 am at Muskegon Lake Nature Preserve (2529 Lake Ave N. Muskegon). The out & back course will have racers exploring the beautiful Lakeshore Trail from North Muskegon, alongside the Causeway, past the BC Cobb Power Plant and down stretches of boardwalk. The start/finish line will be positioned near the entrance to the Muskegon Lake Nature Preserve. Parking and restrooms will be available on site. Click HERE to see the course on MapMyRun.com. Volunteers will be on hand to assist racers along the course.

All pre-registered racers will receive a Baker College t-shirt. Manual registrations will be accepted in the Baker College Welcome Center (cash or checks payable to Baker College) up until September 21, 2018. Registrations received after September 14, 2018, and on race day are not guaranteed a t-shirt. Extras t-shirts may be available after the race.

Awards will be given to the top three male & female finishers, regardless of age, in these categories: student, faculty/staff, friends of Baker College. 

Walkers are welcome to have pets accompany them on a leash. Racers are also welcome to have children accompany them as long as they remain within reach or parent/guardian during the race and do not obstruct registered runners from competing in the race. Strollers are welcomed among walking participants.
