She has been a runner since her teen years, racing distances from 5k to half-marathon, while focusing on injury-prevention and sustainable fitness. She coaches a youth running program in the summer but loves to support other runners and mothers through all their challenges year-round.
Dr. Nicole Lorenz, PT, DPT of Refine Physical Therapy and Wellness is a physical therapist who specializes in treating orthopedic and women's pelvic health dysfunction. Nicole is a mom of 2, and has a background as an avid runner and triathlete. Nicole has a passion for helping women return to, or maintain an active lifestyle.
Dr. Emily Soto, PT, DPT of Refine Physical Therapy and Wellness has experience treating in orthopedic, neurological and pediatric settings. Over the course of her career she shifted her focus to pelvic health physical therapy. Emily found a love for treating pelvic floor dysfunction as it is often overlooked or dismissed. She became even more passionate about women's health after having her own children.
Carol is known for being a compassionate listener, dedicated to helping women end the war in their bodies. She uses NeuroEmotional Technique and acupuncture to clear subconscious stressors and regulate the nervous system as well as muscle tests for specific nutritional protocols for her patients. If any of those phrases or techniques are new to you, come ask her questions! She loves what she does and loves talking about it!
Lori Brauer of LoriB Studio (a Community Art and Art Therapy Studio) believes art is for everyone, and everyone is an artist. From a young age, she has always looked for ways to create with her hands. "In metalsmithing, I appreciate how metal can be hard and unrelenting, yet with fire, it becomes malleable and transformative. I create jewelry that can be worn every day, because everyday is a special occasion." https://loribstudio.com/
