Are you training for a fall half or full marathon? Let us give you a boost in this journey! Long runs are more fun with some friends, so join us for a run of up to 12 miles. We will provide water along the route and encourage you to bring your own bottles or hydration belts/packs to reduce waste. Plymouth Physical Therapy will be coming by to run with us and will have their treatment table here with the option for some post-run injury screening. Bonus: there will be coffee and snacks after!
