Description
This is not your typical fun run! Good Form XT is a FREE 1 hour workout designed to reinforce the 3 points of Good Form Running. Participants will be taken through a variety of cardio and strengthening exercises that are designed to directly improve posture, landing, and lean.
This workout is designed for runners of most abilities! We encourage everyone from the beginner runner to the elite marathoner to participate.
We will alter the workout each week to highlight a different point of Good Form Running. Please join us for a fun group workout full of music, fun, and sweat.
The workout will begin in the Playmakers parking lot at 8:30am. We also offer a free yoga class following GFXT (space is limited, please sign up online separately for that free class)
We will have a raffle for free giveaways at each workout! We will also enter all participants into the Grand Prize raffle at the end for a free pair of shoes!
