Good Form Fun Run/Walk 5k

To continue the celebration of Good Form Month, we are hosting the second annual Good Form Fun Run/Walk. This fun 5K will start and end in the Playmakers parking lot. Before the start, we will do a brief Good Form Running and Walking overview. Throughout the course, there will be various Good Form stations set up that will emphasize the different points and principles of Good Form Running and Walking. These stations include: Video Gait Analysis, Speed Ladder, Metronome, Leaning Contrast, and Posture Pipe. There will also be water stations set up on the course. After the run, we will have multiple TV's set up near the finish line so we can review your form during the run!
