Stretch, Strengthen, and Roll
In this introductory class we will discuss common muscle imbalances and why they occur. From there, we will demonstrate and practice dynamic and static stretches and differentiate between the two, when you want to do them, and why. We will then demonstrate and practice strengthening exercises for core, gluteals, upper leg, lower leg, ankle, and the foot. Finally, we will go over the importance of myofacial release and how to do it effectively.
