I'm the co-founder of AwareNow, and I live with multiple sclerosis. I'm producing a film called 'Because I Can'. It's a documentary about what it means to keep going, event when life tries to stop you. And I'm inviting you to be part of it.

The 'Because I Can' Virtual 5K is a global event inviting participants from around the world to run or walk in support of the 'Because I Can' documentary. This powerful film follows the lives of those living with MS, telling stories of grit, strength, and determination.

With a fundraising goal of $150,000, the virtual run empowers people everywhere to support a cause that impacts millions while helping this film cross the finish line.

After crossing the finish line, 'Because I Can' will prepare for a national tour. In partnership with the National MS Society, the film will be screened at events across the country beginning in March 2026 to raise awareness and support for the MS community.
