Shiawassee Humane Society 5K9 Run and Dog walk/run

9:00 AM: The Human race starts. This is a beautiful run along the river passing the Curwood Castle and the Steam Railroad Institute and finishing on the 50 yard line of Willman Field. Awards to overall and Master winners and top 3 in each age group.

10:30 AM: Competative Dog walk/run starts. This year instead of timing the dog owners, we are going to time the dogs participating in the event. Each dog will need to wear a bib number on their collars. Awards will be given to the first place dog in each age group and ribbons for 2nd and 3rd place! After you sign up we will email you and get your Dog's name and age to enter them in the event.  If you have more than one dog registering for the event click on multiple dogs and it will be $30.00.  This includes only one t shirt.

Proceeds from the event go to feed, shelter and the medical needs of the homeless animals in Shiawassee County.
