12th Anniversary of the Goodbye NYE Race Series!
Ring in the New Year with a fun, low-cost, and laid-back way to wrap up 2026! Goodbye26 is the perfect opportunity to gather with friends and make memories before the year ends. The race will take place at the RARA building in downtown Rochester, where you'll have access to indoor space to warm up and use the restroom. The race is an out-and-back route along the Clinton River Trail. If the weather’s snowy or icy, we recommend wearing Yak Traks or similar traction devices to stay safe on the course. All finishers receive a unique, hand-crafted award made by a local artisan—each year’s award is different, so you’ll have a one-of-a-kind keepsake! After you cross the finish line, enjoy post-race pizza, cookies and hot cocoa. Everyone who finishes the race will take home a fun, quirky White Elephant prize! It's a beloved tradition that adds extra excitement to the event. Don’t miss this last chance to run 2026 out of town!

Race Day: Thursday, December 31st
- 1:30 PM: Packet pickup begins in the RARA building
- 2:30 PM: 5K start
