All proceeds from Alex's Duck Duck Run benefit The Alex Mandarino Foundation, founded by Tony & Katie Mandarino to honor the courage and strength of their son, Alex. The Alex Mandarino Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to helping save the lives of children with neuroblastoma and other pediatric cancers. Everyday Alex inspires us in the way he lived his life full of courage, passion and strength. It’s our goal to carry on his name and find a cure for this horrible disease.
