Couch 2 Tri Sprint

A Couch 2 Tri program with the beginner triathlete in mind hosted by Tri-Avengers, an IronMan and USAT registered tri club in South West Michigan. Join us for 3 group training sessions a week, one per discipline, with additional sessions to be completed on your own or with new friends. The training will be tailored for you to have a great time at your first triathlon at the Sister Lakes Triathlon (Sprint Triathlon - 500m swim, 13mi bike, 5k run) on July 18, 2015. Registration also provides a one year membership into Sunset Coast Striders.

Group Training sessions;

Tuesdays - Cycling at Elizabeth Coaching Cycling Studio 7pm

Wednesdays  - Group run with Sunset Coast Striders 6pm

Thursdays - Swimming at the YMCA 6pm

 Once the weather is more pleasant, cycling and swimming sessions will change to outdoor sessions.

Costs:

Sunset Coast Striders Membership (required) - $10.00 Join!!

Sister Lakes Triathlon Registration - Register  $80.00 thru 4/19/2015, after that date, increases to $90.00

USAT License - Become a Member  - Don't forget to list Sunset Coast Striders/Tri-Avengers as your race club on your profile. One day $12.00 (this option only available when you register for the Sister Lakes Tri at the above link) or annual membership $45 (this option available on the USAT link)
