Schoolcraft Firecracker 5

About This Event:

The Firecracker Five has been the kickoff of the Schoolcraft 4th of July celebration for decades and is an important fundraiser for the Schoolcraft Athletic Boosters.  The proceeds from this event are utilized to support our student-athletes and coaches.

Event Times and Locations:

• Early Packet Pickup: THURSDAY, July 3rd from 5 to 7 pm @ Schoolcraft Community Schools, High School, 551 E Lyons St, Schoolcraft, MI 49087
• Race Day Packet Pickup: July 4th  7:00 am - 8:00 am @ Schoolcraft Community Schools, High School, 551 E Lyons St, Schoolcraft, MI 49087
• Race Day Registration - 7:00 am (walk-up registrations on race day are welcome)
• Race Time - 8:00 am

Registration Fees:

• Early Bird Pricing: $30
• Pre-Registration Pricing: $30 Until July 2, 2025 (11:59 pm)
• Late and Race Day Pricing for the 5K Run/Walk: $35.00
• Special Family Member Pricing: $5 off each registration with a family of 4 or more.

Tee Shirts:

The deadline for a event T-shirt is June 15, 2025.

Age Divisions and Awards (5 Mile Run):

• Overall Winners (Male and Female)
• Masters 40 and Over (Male and Female)
• Age Division Awards (Male and Female) Top 3 in each Division: 14 and Under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and Over.
• **No Awards for the 5K Walk**

Timing and Scoring (5 Mile Run):

Timing and scoring performed by Mac's Sports Timing using ChronoTrack technology. The results will be Live on RunSignUp and posted during the event.   Official results can be found after the event at www.macssportstiming.com.
