Description
Come out and support Neighbors United by participating in the 2nd Annual Walk For The Red 5K.
All proceeds to benefit firefighters battling cancer, as well as help give means to prevent cancer in the fire community.
5K will consist of a combination of paved path and trail. This is a walk or run event which will be timed via banded chip.
Check in begins at 8 am (Hickory Grove Pavilion) with the 5K starting at 9 am. 5700 22 Mile Rd Shelby Township, MI 48317

All finishers to receive an event medal.
Event shirts will also be sold on sight, but quantity and sizing will be limited. Is a first come, first serve basis.

5K Race Route
Click the link above to follow the route with zoom in capabilities.
The Start/Finish Line is just north of the pavilion.
Start will take you north around a big tree and then follow the tree line back to the pavilion.
Going behind the pavilion will link you up with the paved path.
Take the paved path to the main trail entrance into the woods and follow this trail until it takes you back to the paved path.
Continue along the bike path to the trail connector shortcut that pops out near the volleyball court.
Follow the start line backwards to the finish.
