South Lyon Pumpkinfest "Lead the Parade" 5k

On Saturday, Sept 28, 2024, our 5K will lead the Pumpkinfest Parade down South Lyon's Pontiac Trail through thousands of spectators lining the route .  Registration, Start, and Finish are at Millennium Middle School at the south end of the track.  Registration and packet pick up are near the 9 Mile Road Millennium parking lot/track.  Packet pick up begins at 8 AM.    Enter the track & field facility via the 9 Mile Road entrance

PLEASE NOTE:  There will be no Half Marathon in 2024 due to the closure of Island Lake State Recreation area for construction.  We will be back in 2025 with the half marathon. 

PLEASE NOTE:  Due to a rerouting of the Pumpkinfest Parade, parking has changed for the runners.    PLEASE PARK IN THE TEACHER'S PARKING LOT on the west end of Millennium near the track.  Enter this parking lot from 9 MILE road.  Last year's parking is now the staging area for the parade.  Overflow parking will be at Centennial Middle School a short distance west of Millennium. Please note!  Pontiac Trail will be shut down about 9:30 AM.  You may need to get to the race via 9 Mile Road if you are arriving late.
