A run like no other….The Applesauce Peel Out! Whatever your skill level as a runner (or walker) you will love this scenic course in the Sparta/Kent City area. The ladies will be feelin’ saucy and guys….well you’re the boss applesauce! Run with your friends along apple trees ripe for the picking. Pace yourself along rustic fencing past a barn, through corn fields, woods, pumpkin field and you pick orchard. Honey Crisp air and scenic groomed trails await on this unique 3.1 mile course. Run by tractors, wagons and plow horses like the running star you are! Your host Fruit Ridge Hayrides welcomes you to beautiful Fruit ridge countryside where each participant receives a classic “a-peel-ing” applesauce running shirt to commemorate the day AND a finisher medal regardless of the time it takes you to complete the race. Top 3 in each age division get an additional unique apple medal to wear with pride as they munch on post race market donuts posting their selfies on social media! You will “fall” in love with this event; the must run event for your 2018 social calendar! We’ll see you there!

Race packets can be picked up on Friday, September 21st from 4:00pm - 7:00pm at Cellar Brewing, 133 E. Division, Sparta MI. Packets can also be picked up on race day beginning at 7:30am at Fruit Ridge Hayrides.
