Description
The program is offered as a supplement to the TCTC Training for Bayshore Sessions, which include a 12 week coach-led program offered each Winter/Spring leading up to the TCTC Bayshore races held each May (May 27th, 2023)
The goal of the program is to provide a supportive group run format on a weekly basis to help individual runners meet other runners with similar paces, abilities, and running goals. Many of the anticipated participants will have previously completed a TCTC Training Session.
The training group is offered weekly for current Traverse City Track Club members free of charge, but online registration is required.
Fall Group Training Sessions include:

- Access to Ready to Use Training Schedules prepared for a variety of abilities and distances.
- Weekly Email with targeted training tips, locations/schedules, and more.
