Join us for one last glow as we celebrate the 15th and final Glow Run 5K & 1-Mile Walk benefiting the Cassie Hines Shoes Cancer Foundation.

For 15 years, this event has brought together thousands of runners, walkers, volunteers, sponsors, and supporters to light up the night and make a lasting difference for young adults navigating a cancer diagnosis. Together, we've built more than a race—we've built a community.

This year, we're inviting you to be part of Glow Run history as we celebrate an incredible tradition and the impact it has made. While this is the final chapter of the Glow Run, our mission continues to empower young adults to restart their lives after cancer through adventure, connection, and community.

The Glow Run is an outdoor 5K run and 1-mile walk beginning at UWM Field in Downtown Utica, traveling primarily through River Bends Park, before looping back to the stadium for a memorable finish under the lights.

Event Details
Gates Open: 5:00 p.m.
Participants should arrive by: 7:00 p.m.
Race Start: At dusk (approximately 7:30–7:45 p.m.)

Parking: Due to the playoff game, parking demand will be higher than usual. Please allow extra time to arrive. Police officers will temporarily close portions of Auburn Road to help ensure the safety of all participants.

Packet Pick-up

There will be multiple options for participants to pick up their race materials (e.g., event shirt and bib number) Early Packet Pickup will be Thursday, September 10th, at Hanson's Running Shop located at 8409 Hall Road, Utica, MI 48317 from 3-8pm OR at the event day check at UWM Field starting at 5:00pm

NOTE: due to order timing and inventory constraints, registration MUST be complete by Monday, August 24, 2026, at 11:59pm EST to receive an event shirt. If you do not register by this date, you will not receive an event shirt. We apologize for the condensed timeframe and appreciate your understanding!

Spectators: If you are attending solely to watch the run/walk, please visit the box office upon arrival and let them know you are there for the Cassie Hines Shoes Cancer Foundation. You will be provided with a complimentary ticket granting access to the left field pavilion area. Please note this option is intended for race spectators only.
