Join us for a morning of Good Form and Good Fun! From 8am-9am, we will be hosting a clinic for runners and walkers to go over the basic principals of Good Form for injury prevention and running/walking efficiency. In addition to this, we will have physical therapists from Henry Ford on site answering questions and giving further advice on how to keep moving throughout 2018. From 9am-10am, clinic participants will be invited to shop sweet deals for shoes, apparel, and accessories! What's not to love about this? 8am? We'll provide coffee to keep you moving!
