Vicksburg Area Chamber of Commerce Chili Dash 5K

IMPORTANT UPDATES:  DUE TO THE CORONAVIRUS HEALTH CONCERNS, THE VICKSBURG CHILI COOK OFF FESTIVAL HAS BEEN CANCELLED.  THIS INCLUDES THE CHILI DASH 5K.   REFUNDS FOR REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS WILL BE PROCESSED SOON!

Event Description:

• NEW RACE DATE AND RACE LOCATION - The Chili Cook Off Festival is being held later for 2020!   The Vicksburg Areal Chamber of Commerce Chili Dash 5K is always held in conjunction with the festival.  
• Date:  March 28, 2020 (Saturday)
• Location: Downtown Vicksburg - Oswalt Park

Registration Dates and Fees:

• Online Registration: Race Fees - $25.00 (Closes on March 26th, 11:59 pm) 
• Day Registration Race Fees - $30.00  (T-Shirts cannot be guaranteed after Mar 22nd)
• Special Discounts for Families - $3.00 off per registrant for families of 3 or more (must register in the same transaction)

Event Times:

• NEW RACE DATE - MARCH 28, 2020
• Saturday Race Day Registration: 9:00 am (Located at the Vicksburg Oswalt Park - Parking Lot)
• Saturday Packet Pick Up: Begins at 9:00 am (Located at the Vicksburg Oswalt Park - Parking Lot)
• Saturday Race Time - 10:00 am
• Parking is available at the Oswalt Park

Awards and Age Categories:

Age categories/awards: Overall (male and female) and 1st through 3rd (both male and female) for the following categories:  under 14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 and over.
 

Tee Shirts:

Tee Shirts cannot be guaranteed for registrations after March 22nd.  Registrations after March 22nd and on Race Day will be available on a "First Come, First Serve" Basis.

Timing and Scoring:

Timing and Scoring will be done by Mac's Sports Timing.  Go to www.macssportstiming.com for results immediately after the event.
