A Note from the White Lake Nutrition RunIt 5K Team
We’re excited to announce the 4th Annual RunIt (Run White Lake) 5K, happening on Saturday, July 26, 2025!
Each year, this event continues to grow in purpose and participation—and 2025 is no exception. We’re honored to share that 100% of proceeds will support local Hope Squad programs and help launch new mental health initiatives in Muskegon County schools through our partnership with the Ava VanderStelt Scholarship Foundation (501c3).
Organizing this race in the community we love, for a cause that matters so deeply, has been a humbling and powerful experience. The loss of Ava VanderStelt, along with others in our area to the same heartbreaking cause, has left a lasting impact. But together, we rise. We stand with families, friends, and neighbors who are committed to turning grief into action and pain into purpose.
Mental health matters. Your support helps amplify this message. Thanks to the generosity of local businesses, community members, and every race participant, we’ve been able to fund meaningful mental health resources—and we’re just getting started.
Let’s make this year’s race one of hope, healing, and continued impact. We can't wait to see you at the starting line.
