Blue Ribbon Run

Happy Spring to our past runners and walkers and to our new runners, walkers and bike riders.

Join us for the new 10K for the 10th anniversary of the Blue Ribbon Run.  The old favories of the non competitive Family 5K bike ride are back again this year.  For those with energy left after the Bike ride, please consider the competitive 5K run/walk.   All registrants will receive a t shirt.

There is also the 5K Bike Ride and 10K run/walk combo

Proceeds from this event help support the Trenton Exchange club in their efforts to help fight child abuse.

5K Bike Ride -8:00am start time. 5K competitive run/walk will start at 8:45  This years course will include the hill (2 times).  Hill is OPTIONAL in the competitive run/walk and NO HILL in the non-competitive walk OR THE BIKE RIDE!  No dogs or strollers on the hill.  Awards to 1st Male and Female, Overall and Masters.  Age groups 2 deep:  9 & Under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80 and up.

Chip timing will be used for results.

Bike Ride:  $40.00

Competitive 5K Run/Walk:  $40.00

Bike Ride AND Competitive 5K Run/Walk:  $50.00

10K Run:  $45

Bike Ride and Competitive 10K Run/Walk:  $55.00
