The Gobble Gallop has been presented by Essentia Health for 20 years. Since 2006, they have been there cheering on runners while helping us make a difference in the community by supporting our charity partners.
Gobble Gallop 5K
The 5K is an out and back through downtown Duluth, starting on London Road at the Rose Garden- the course follows London Rd south onto Superior Street to 5th Ave. W and back.

Tough Turkey | 1-Mile
The 1-Mile starts and finishes at the Rose Garden on London Road, following Superior Street to the historic Fitger's Building and back.

The Kids Run is on London Road, and starts and finishes at the Rose Garden.
Ages: Kids 8 & under are eligible to participate in this race.

Sign Up opens on September 1st, 2025 and closes on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th 2025 at the following times:
- Gobble Gallop 5K sign up closes at 9:00 AM on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th 2025.
- Tough Turkey 1-Mile sign up closes at 8:30 AM on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th 2025
- Gobble Giddy Up! Kids Run sign up closes at 8:15 AM on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th 2025
All registration is through this site only. There is no paper registration. If you require assistance with registering for the races please visit Duluth Running Co. and our staff would be happy to assist you in signing up for the Gobble Gallop.

Parking for the Gobble Gallop can be tricky but there are plenty of options.
- Superior Street east of 10th Ave E
- London Road east of 14th Ave E
- Nearby avenues above London Road between 10th Ave E & 21st Ave E.
*The Rose Garden Parking Lot WILL NOT be available for event parking
Superior Street will be closed from 10th Ave E to 5th Ave W.
London Rd will be closed from 10th Ave E & Superior St to 14th Ave E.
Your Results: Minutes after you finish- check your individual results by canning the QR code on your race bib.
Overall awards will be announced and provided to the top 3 finishers by gender catagory for hte 5K and the 1-Mile for men, women, and non-binary catagories, as well as age divisions by gender catagory as detailed below.
Age group awards will be provided to the top 3 finishers in each of the following age groups by gender category for the 5K & 1-Mile: Men, Non-binary, and Women <10, 11-14,15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+.
We will continue our long standing tradition of presenting pies to award winners courtesy of Gobble Gallop supporting partner, SuperOne Foods.
