Huddy's Hike

• Saturday, May 11th: 11 am - 3 p.m.
• Jensen Lake Trailhead in Lebanon Hills, Eagan, MN
• Hike 2.1 miles around beautiful Jensen Lake (note, it is a dirt path so strollers may be difficult)
• Silent Auction 
• Food Trucks (Brick Oven Bus, Ol' Smokey BBQ, Froggy's Sweet Treats & Nelson's Ice Cream)
• Bouncy House
• Kids crafts and games 
• Family fun!

Here's our story:
On January 8th, our beautiful son Hudson passed away in his sleep. He was a happy, energetic little boy who brought joy to everyone he met!
Since his passing, we've received the report from the medical examiner, who was unable to find any reason as to why Hudson went to sleep and never woke up. He was perfectly healthy. In the 7 weeks since his passing, we've connected with an amazing organization, the SUDC Foundation, that's helped us find resources to hopefully get some answers.

At this time, the medical world doesn't know what causes SUDC, how to predict it or how to prevent it. But we hope over time, research can change that. That's why we've enrolled Hudson in a study through the SUDCRRC at NYU Langone Health, for which the SUDC Foundation is a significant funder.  Proceeds from this event will directly support this crucial research study, provides hope and answers to so many families like ours.

On May 11th, we'll hold Huddy's Hike at Jensen Lake Trailhead in Lebanon Hills in Eagan. We loved to take Hudson hiking here and we'd love to get as many people as possible together to honor Hudson. We know nothing will ever bring our boy back, but we're determined to make a difference for Hudson.
