TCU Wrestling 5K & Relay

August 1 and actually all of August, Titans Wrestling will be hosting a virtual/non-virtual relay across TCU!

How it works -

Virtual - sign up and run or walk at least a 5k (3.1 miles) August 1 or any day in August anywhere in the WORLD! Share your results on social media with #tcuwrestling5krelay

Non-virtual relay - August 1 on a predetermined route, Coach Block will run from TCU Le Center to TCU High School, Coach Norgren will take it from there to TCU Lonsdale! We will post the route and would love to have wrestlers, fans, friends, register and run or walk their 5k with us on the route (you will be responsible for your drop off and pick up on the route) to cheer us on and keep our spirits up! We would LOVE to have a running buddy or 2 or 3 throughout the route! Wanna walk your route on the relay? Coach Block will hit the road at 8:00 am, leaving from the lower lot by the track. Estimated arrival time at TCU HS is 10:00 am. Estimated arrival time to TCU Lonsdale is 11:30. Find us on the route based on the estimated time.
