The Kid’s Tri highlights the important connection between physical activity and mental health, helping children build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that support their overall well-being. 

Together we’re creating opportunities for kids to thrive - physically, mentally and emotionally - while strengthening the future of our community. Because when kids are healthy in mind and body, everyone wins.

Swim 100 yards
Bike 1.0 miles
Run 1/2 mile

Ages 7-8:
Swim 50 yards
Bike 1.0 miles
Run: 1/4 mile

Ages 5-6: 
Swim 25 yards
Bike 1/2 mile
Run 0.2 mile

Ages 3-4:
Swim 20 yards
Bike 0.2 mile
Run 0.1 mile

Lifeguards will be present during the swimming portion and available to help if needed.
