Friendsgiving Gobble Wobble 5k & Kids Mashed Potato Mile

The Marshall Area YMCA and Visit Marshall together are looking forward to seeing you at the start and finish line Thanksgiving Morning!

It's that time of year again, and we are to gear up for another Gobble Wobble 5K!! We LOVE thanksgiving, and in celebration: come lace up those running shoes and "Wobble" before you "Gobble!" It's guaranteed to be a great day to shake your tail feathers in the sunshine, snow, or rain. 

If you are not in the area please join us virtually.

The race will also be chipped timed, so count on VERY accurate timing! 

Pricing Information: 
Gobble Wobble/Mashed Potato Mile Pricing: All participants will receive a sweatshirt this year if they register prior to the apparel deadline.

September 1-October 15: $35 EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM
October 16-November 3: $40 REGULAR REGISTATION [Apparel Deadline: November 3

Packet Pick Up Information 
Pick Up will be organized November 22 between 5:30-7pm by Last Name. 
To avoid congestion of lines, participants will also be given recommended pick up times.

Race packets WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE BEFORE 5:30 pm.
You CAN have someone pick up your packet for you if you are unable to.
Day of Check In and Pick Up will occur from  7AM-8:30 AM on Thursday-November 23 (The morning of the race).
Other Important Information 
The Marshall Area YMCA will be open during its normal hours. The Lobby and Gymnasium will be available to warm up and wait for the race. 
There are bathrooms and locker rooms available for use.
There are Sweatshirt for those who did not register before the November 3rd deadline, but these will be distributed on a first-come-first-served basis. 
There will be water available at the half way point of the race. 
The route will be guided by volunteers. Please do not make any turns until a volunteer guides you! 
Portions of the race will be salted and cleared if necessary. However, roads are not closed, so please be aware of your surroundings at all times! 
The Mashed Potato Mile Race will begin at 8 AM. Please start lining up for this race around 7:50 AM. 
The Gobble Wobble will begin at 8:30am Please start lining up for the race around 8:20am.
Walkers, strollers, and dogs on leashes are welcome. If you plan to walk the race, please be courteous of your fellow participants and line up near the back of the chute. This will allow those running for personal bests to get out of the chute quickly.
