Description
Trail Adults is for anyone interested in learning how to mountain bike confidently and safely or improving their mountain bike skills. If you’re interested in trying out mountain biking, give Trail Adults a try, it’s a great place to start. Each session begins with instruction on one or two mountain bike skills designed to help you feel more confident and safer on the trail. Following instruction, you’ll ride the Loppet trails with your coach to practice your new skills!
