Refunds and Cancellations FAQ's

Can I cancel and get a refund?

No. There are no refunds for cancellations.

Can I change class dates after I register?

Only up until one week before your class date. If it is within one week of your class date it is a non-refundable cancellation.

What if there is bad weather or other unforeseen events that would cause the YWCA to cancel the class?

You will receive a code for another class if there are spots available.

What is the weather policy?

If there is a change in the class due to weather you will receive an email 2 hours before the class start. Class will only be canceled for severe dangerous weather (tornados etc). In many cases we can wait for lightning to pass.

Addtional Important Information

Classes will meet at 5001 W. Lake Nokomis Pkwy, Minneapolis, MN 55409. We will meet in the grass on the WEST side of the park building and adjacent to the restaurant (formerly Sandcastle). Look for instructors in YWCA clothing. There is limited free parking available on the parkway, the lot is a small fee payable by credit card. Please leave all valuables at home or locked and out of sight in your vehicle.
