REGISTRATION WILL BE LIMITED TO 100 PARTICIPANTS! REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE WHEN WE REACH THE LIMIT OR AT 11:59 PM ON NOVEMBER 24TH....WHICHEVER COMES FIRST!
Help us raise funds for youth mental health education and services at the Family & Children's Center in Winona as you explore the Plowline trails of the Bronk Forest Management Unit in Minnesota City, MN. Trail runners will get to experience the steep climbs and wooded trails that wind through the bluff. Mountain bikers will ride some fast-rolling single and double track with a tough heart-racing climb in the first half-mile of the race. You can get the best of both worlds if you join in on the duathlon!
Race options:
Trail Run - 5 k (3.4 miles)
Trail Run - 15k (9.32 miles)
MTB Race - 15k (9.32 miles)
Duathlon - Run 15k, Mountain Bike 15k, Run 2k (Relay options available)
Please note - ebikes are not allowed in this event
NO CUTOFFS!! WE WILL BE THERE UNTIL THE LAST PARTICIPANT CROSSES THE FINISH LINE!
Schedule:
7:30 am - All events check-in begins
8:30 am - Duathlon begins
10:00 am - 15k Trail run and 15k Mountain Bike events begin
10:30 am - 5k Trail run begins
Cupless Event
In an effort to lessen our race footprint on the environment, we are cupless. Please bring your own reusable cup, refillable water bottle, etc…
Aid Stations
There will be one aid station on the 15k course at 5.4 miles which you will access again at mile 8.4. There will also be an aid station at the start/finish line for Duathletes to utilize between their loops.
Race Shirts
Technical Craft shirts can be purchased during registration for $15. Shirt order deadline is November 7th, 2024. Shirts are sold in Men's and Women's sizes. The Women's sizes tend to run a tad smaller in the torso whereas the Men's sizes are a bit wider in the torso. You will not be able to exchange sizes on race day so please be sure to double-check the size you are ordering.
Volunteer Info
If you choose not to participate but want to be involved, Volunteers will be needed pre-race, post-race, and throughout the day. Check out the volunteer page on RunSignUp to sign up to volunteer!
