Spartan 5k

Come on out and support Mayo Cross Country and Track & Field.  The Race will start at 9am by the Mayo Track and finish on the track at Mayo High School.  The course will be run on two different surfaces (track, & pavement).  Your time will be displayed on the stadium scoreboard and posted after the race.  Our goal for this event, is to get people out and running.  If you would like to make a donation to support Mayo CC and T&F that would be appreciated, but not necessary.

Questions you may be asking yourself:

• Is there race day sign up? - No, sign up needs to be done ahead of time.
• When do I need to be at the race by? - Bibs and chips pickup will be the morning of the race from 7:45-8:45am
• Are there t-shirts? - Nope
• How many finisher medals will be passed out? - Nada
• If there are no shirts and no medals, then why would I run? - Exercise is good
• Is it timed - You Betcha!  Please return your shoe chip after your run.
