Looking for an easy way to increase your energy, promote healthy skin, detox your body and boost your immune system? Well we have the solution and it takes only one easy step: Drink Water!!
The SLP Fall Water Challenge is designed to bring awareness to the importance of hydrating your body, as well as to help you reduce or eliminate any unhealthy lifestyle habits that can be a roadblock to feeling your best.
This challenge will begin on Monday, October 5th and will run for 8 weeks. Participants will receive weekly emails with tips and tricks related to drinking water and wellness tips, setting you on a path to success. Not only will you see healthy changes in your body by the end of this challenge, but participants will also be entered to win some prizes!!
Entering Your Weekly Results
Submit from RunSignup Race Page
Step 1) Click the "Results" tab on the top right of this page
Step 2) Select the "Submit Virtual Results" button
Step 3) Search for your registration by either first & last name OR by email address & DOB
Step 4) Select "Submit Virtual Results", enter in your result information, then select "Submit Results"
Submit from RunSignup Profile
Step 1) Go to your RunSignup profile by selecting the Profile icon at the top right-hand corner
Step 2) Under your Upcoming Events, select "Submit Virtual Results"
Step 3) Enter in your result information and then select "Submit Results"
