Three lifts: Squat, Bench, Deadlift, in that order.

Three attempts per lift. The weights for each attempt will be submitted to the judges at weigh in time. The highest weight completed for each lift will be counted and used to calculate the weight lifting champion. This will be decided using Wilks formula.

Raw lifting only (no lifting straps, bench shirts, squat suits or singlets) knee wraps, weightlifting belt and wrist wraps will be allowed for stability.

Recommend registering early. Limited to 16 participants.  Day of registration may not be available.

Cost to SCSU Fitness Members: ** Super Early Bird FEE- Now-March 2

•  $15 Early Registration
• $ 20 After March 2

Cost to Non-SCSU Fitness Center Members:

• $35 Early Registration- Now-March 2
• $40 After March 2

Awards: The male and female participant with the highest score will receive a trophy and an All Star Nutrition gift bag with a $100.00 gift certificate.  Second place will receive an All Star Nutrition gift bag with a $50.00 gift certificate. All participants will receive a t-shirt** and swag bag from All Star Nutrition. **Only those who register by Early Registration deadline are guaranteed a t-shirt
