Event Description
The Staples-Motley Cardinal Track & Field Team is proud to host this year's Railroad Days 5K, powered by Lakewood Health System.
We are excited to partner with the CLC Ag Center and the Trails Committee to bring you a race that showcases Staples' new local trail system and the beautiful Living Legacy Gardens. The course includes asphalt, sidewalks, and dirt trails, so please plan your footwear accordingly.

Current equipment needs include:
Starting blocks & Cart
Hurdles
High jump pit
Indoor throwing implements (shots and discus)
Team tent (for use during hot or rainy track meets)

*Race Day Registration for the 5k will increase by $10.

The race will start and finish at the Staples Airport. Runners will run North up to CR 2, go West and run to and through the Living Legacy Gardens where The Legacy Arberatum Hiking club will host a water station, runners will do a lap through the new CLC Ag Legacy Trail and then back down towards airport road to the Start/Finish line.
