This pawsome event benefits the Hiawatha Animal Humane Society, a foster-only humane society dedicated to caring for animals in Wabasha County.   All breeds are welcome to race and will be grouped by age, weight, and breed, ensuring a fair and exciting competition for every pup.   Costume Contest & Parade.
