Shake Your Shamrock 5K Virtual Walk/Run

Get those shamrocks shaking this March! 
Join Windom Area Health (virtually) for our 2021 Shake Your Shamrock 5K!

How It Works: Participants can register here between March 1-22; once you’ve finished your 5K, you can enter your result on our “Results” page for official bragging rights and your 2021 Shake Your Shamrock race swag!

The Fine Print: 

• 5K distance MUST be completed all at once.
• Distance can be completed through walking or running.
• No official course will be determined for this event; participants are responsible for determining their own course and tracking their own distance.
  • Need a distance tracking program? Check out MapMyRun or Strava to map out your course!
• Results must be uploaded to “Results” page no later than Monday, March 22 at 11:59 p.m. to receive official Shamrock gear. 

Cost: $20 + processing fees (includes race swag)
