Experience one of the Midwest's most scenic triathlon courses. Featuring bluff country cycling, a flat, fast run around beautiful Lake Winona, and a finish celebration at Winona's historic Band Shell.

  • .93 mile swim // 25.3 mile bike // 6.2 mile run
• Sprint Course
  • .25 mile swim // 11 mile bike // 3.1 mile run
• Aquabike Olympic Course
  • .93 mile swim // 25.3 mile bike
• Aquabike Sprint Course
  • .25 mile swim // 11 mile bike
• Duathlon
  • 3.1 mile run // 11 mile bike // 3.1 mile run

Saturday

7:30AM - 12PM // TRINONA KIDS - RACE DAY

• 7:30 am - Check-in, Body Marking, and both transitions open
• 9:00 am - Transitions close
• 9:30 am - Swim waves begin starting with the youngest participants and working up to the oldest participants
• 11:30 am or when the last participant finishes - Awards Ceremony

5AM - 12PM // TRINONA - RACE DAY

• 5:00 am - Transition opens for all events
• 5:00 am - Race day packet pick-up opens
• 6:45 am - Transition closes for Olympic Distance Events
• 7:00 am - Swim waves start or Olympic Distance Events
• 7:30 am - Mass start for duathlon
• 7:45 am - Race day packet pick-up closes
• 7:45 am - Transition closes for Sprint Distance Events
• 8:00 am - Swim waves start for Sprint Distance Events
• 10:30 am - Post-race meal and awards
