Covid-19 Safety
HOW DO WE PLAN TO KEEP YOU SAFE?
Safety is our top priority, we have several different things planned to ensure social distancing. We will be having the 5K start in heats, based on your time.
We will have, socially-distance, marked heat holding areas, once your start time comes, you will be escorted to the start chutes that will be socially distance marked as well.
While we can monitor people before they are out on the course, we cannot on the course. Because we are having smaller heats, fewer people are starting at one time making the course less crowded.
At the finish, runners will be directed into 2 socially distanced chutes and further directed out of the finish area. If runners choose, they can find an area in the park to cool down & relax.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out. 636-391-6326 x400 or bjones@manchestermo.gov
