Frank the Fighter Step Challenge

Meet at the Courthouse steps in downtown Cape Girardeau for a 15 minute step challenge. You'll have 15 minutes to do as many steps as you can. There will be a winner in each age bracket. Waves of 15 will start at 8:30am, your wave time will be emailed to you. Registration for the step challenge is limited to the first 90 people. If you'd like to participate but registration is full, please consider joining us for the fun run/walk (you will need to fill out a paper registration form for the run/walk- these can be picked up at Missouri Running Company in Cape Girardeau).
