Leaves are changing colors. Weather is cooling down and flannel dominates your wardrobe. And, yes, the perfect running (or walking) weather arrives.
So let's get out there and take advantage of it!
Support the Lee’s Summit Chamber of Commerce, bundle up in your flannel, lace up your shoes, and hit the pavement for a virtual 5k & 10k walk or run!!
Wear as much or as little flannel as you want, but whatever you do share the pictures and the fun!!!
All participants will receive a Channel the Flannel long sleeve performance T-shirt and commemorative race medal!
Grab your friends and challenge each other to a virtual run off, you chose the path, the date, and the time!""
What is a Virtual Race?
A virtual race is one that you run or walk on your own, at any time of day. Virtual races allow you to run the race on any course in any place you like— country road, park path, treadmill. You are the boss!
