Let's start 2021 with a bang!

Motherhood is a walk in the park...Jurassic park! Have fun and shower yourself with a unique 5k and tee to show off your motherhood swag. This virtual 5k can be completed at any time (between Jan. 1st & Jan. 15) and at any place (even on the treadmill!)

You may run, walk or jog to complete this 5k. Simply upload your results and a picture to our Heart & Sole Running Club Facebook page!
