HITACHI ENERGY 5K- Benefiting Untied Way
Welcome to the 1st Annual Hitachi Energy Charity Run created for our loyal Hitachi Energy Employees, Family, & Friends.
“Funds from this event will support the United Way of Central Missouri to support the health, education, financial stability and basic needs of people in need. The United Way serves thousands of people in 9 counties and 25 agencies. Thank you for supporting our community!”
Join us for a day of fun as you run, walk, or stroll your way on the Katy Trail for 5k (3.1 Miles) starting and finishing at Hitachi Energy. We did not forget about the little ones as they can run or walk in our Kid's Fun Run 1k (little over half a mile)

FINISHERS
All Finishers of the Hitachi Energy 5k will receive a custom Finisher Shirt.

START/FINISH LINE:
Entrance to Katy Trail

5k/1k Kid's Fun Run COURSE MAP
Your course enters the Katy Trail from Hitachi grounds heading down the Katy Trail to your Turnaround and Hydration Aid Station then returning back down the Katy Trail to the Finish.
1k Kid's Fun Run Starts on Hitachi grounds and runs on the Katy Trail where a Staff Member will have be at the turnaround where the kid's will receive a gift. They will then run back to the finish the same direction on the Katy Trail. Parents feel free to run/walk with your little ones.

Feel free to run, hike, or stroll your way to the finish line. Strollers are welcome.
PARKING
Your Parking for the event will be in the main Hitachi Parking Lot. You will see signs for your Start/Finish in the grassy area to the East of the parking lot.
FINISH LINE EXPERIENCE
Join us after you Finish for amazing Hitachi Family Gathering.
