Description
We are heading BACK to the flat, fast, streets of North Kansas City on May 17, 2025 for Brandon Russell's Flash Dash! Join us for our annual 5k run/walk or a 1 mile walk. For the younger dashers we will again be offering our popular Kid's Dash!
All racers will receive a race t-shirt and medal!
You must register by Sunday, May 4th to guarantee a shirt and your preferred shirt size. We will have additional shirts available for those that register after May 4th but we cannot guarantee availability, size, or cut.

We will have packet pickup available on race day; but we strongly encourage all who are able to visit us Friday to ensure you are able to start your race on time!
