Groundhog Run Virtual Challenge

GROUNDHOG RUN HAS MOVED TO A VIRTUAL EVENT

The challenges of 2020 have affected races and runners across the country in different ways. Like many races in our community, we have made the difficult decision to move Groundhog Run to a completely virtual event. While the 2021 event will look different than any other Groundhog Run in our 39-year history, we are thrilled to partner with Genesis Health Clubs to ensure Groundhog Run continues to be one of Kansas City’s most unique charitable events!

If you have already registered for Groundhog Run on or before 10/20/2022 you may make changes to your registration below. We are incredibly excited for the reimagined Groundhog Run Virtual Challenge and hope you will join us in supporting children with rare and complex disabilities reach their greatest levels of success today and into the future.

Here Are Your Options:

Your registration will be transferred to the 2022 Groundhog Run benefitting the children of Ability KC.

Virtual events happen all the time, and allow you to join the fun without the crowds. You simply complete the challenges, and report your results - we’ll send you instructions as we get closer to each weekly challenge.

Each year, hundreads of children and families are supported through the generosity of the Groundhog Run community.  By making your registration fee a tax deductible donation you have a greater impact on the lives of children with disabilities.

Refunds will only be made for participants who registered on or before 10/20/2020. You should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days. Thank you for your support and we hope you can join us for the 2022 Groundhog Run!
