Please come and join us in Kansas City Strongman's first Summer Strongmen Challenge on July 28th, 2018.
This will be a great opportunity to try and beat the USS Axle Clean and Press National Record as the Willie Wessels will be present to judge the event. We guarantee that you’ll not only have fun, but you’ll accomplish things you never thought possible
surrounded by most supportive and friendly environment in strength sports.

• USS Axle Clean and Press National Record Opportunity
• Capped at 60 Competitors
• United States Strongman Sanctioned
• Top 3 in each class qualifies for the 2018 USS National Championships. Novice
  winners also qualify.
• All levels welcome
• Dynamic test of strength and athleticism
• Participants receive a custom event T-shirt
• Awards for Top 3 in each Class

Weigh-Ins July 27th from  10am-4:00pm and the 28th from 8:30am-9:30am

Events

Max Axle Clean and Press (Record Breaker Event)

• 3 attempts with Wessel Rules
• Sleeves and belt allowed only

Axle Deadlift AMRAP 

• 60 second time limit
• Straps, sleeves belt only
• Conventional Stance
• Must wait for a down command on each rep

Yoke Walk

• 50ft with turn
• Unlimited drops
• 60 second time limit

Sandbag Medley

• Carry first bag 50ft and load over 48” bar, return to start, Carry second bag 50ft and load over 48" bar
