Nixa Fit & Fun 5k

You and your family are invited to join the Southwest, MO community for a fun filled and HEALTHY morning at the OTC Richwood Valley Trail Saturday, May 30, 2020 at 8:00 a.m.

Three events will be offered so come prepared to cheer, sweat, and enjoy the great outdoors, all benefitting the Church of Jesus Christ youth camps.

- 1 mile kids 11 and under FUN RUN

- Traditional 5k road race

- Fit 5k: Participants will complete 20 reps of 6 crossfit exercises at the following half mile marker stations. 1/2 mile 20 jumping jacks, 1 mile 20 sit-ups, 1.5 miles 20 lunges, 2 mile 20 pushups, 2.5 mile 20 squats, and at the 3 mile mark 20 burpees.

The top 3 Fit 5k winners will receive medals.

Early Bird Registration (registration link coming soon) now through March 31st:

• Kids 1 mile - $15 
• 5k Run/walk - $30
• Fit 5k - $35

After March 31st Registration:

• Kids 1 mile - $15
• 5k Run/walk - $35
• Fit 5k - $40

*All 5k and Fit 5k runners receive a race T-shirt
