Friday 5/07 at Active Strength Company; 1100 SE Century Lane, 1100 SE Century Drive, Lee's Summit, MO from 12:00pm-5:30pm

On race morning at the race venue, English Landing Park, from 6:45-7:30am.
We encourage all participants to pick up packets on Friday to avoid large groups. You can have a friend or family member pick up your packet at either packet pickup times.

If you need to switch to virtual please email support@bodiesrc.com BEFORE the event or come to packet pickup and pick up your items. If we are not notified prior to the event, items may not be available as we open items up after the event for late registrations.

Masters awarded to overall male and female 40+.

**You must contact us within two weeks to arrange pick up of any awards not received.

Virtual Race

Every Bodies Race Company event (5k, 10k, and even our half marathons) can be done “virtually.” If you can’t join us on race day, you can still receive the same gear as race-day runners by challenging yourself to complete a same-distance course from home. It’s a great way to stay in shape and run all of the Bodies events, no matter where you are! Click here to watch our virtual race video.

Sign up online for a Virtual Race:

If you know when signing up you will not be able to join us, simply click here to register for the virtual race.  

Need to switch to virtual after registering:

If you are already registered and you cannot make it to race day, you can switch to our virtual race option. Simply let our staff know at packet pickup or email us to make arrangements if you cannot attend packet pickup.  You must let us know before race day, or we cannot guarantee we will still have your event swag. We allow late registrations to pick from extra shirts, and we donate the remaining swag to our charity partner. If you choose to have your packet shipped you will be charged shipping at that time.  

Adverse Weather Policy

All Bodies Race Company events proceed rain or shine. No one, including the race director, wants to make changes to an event on race day. However, the safety of our participants is always our number one concern. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the race director, in communication with the local law enforcement, the city or venue, may delay, cancel or make changes to the event. 

Definition of Adverse Weather Conditions

The event may be delayed, canceled or modified due to lightning, tornado warning or watch, thunderstorm, heavy rain, heavy snow, ice or any other extreme weather condition. Light to moderate rain or snow is not considered an adverse weather condition.

Communication

If the event is canceled we will do our best to notify participants via website, email and on the Bodies Race Company – Kansas City Facebook page. Participants will be notified via email where they can pick up their race packets if they have not already done so.

Refunds

As stated in the  registration policies, we have a strict no refund policy. This includes events canceled for adverse weather conditions, as the funds for the event have already been spent in preparation for race day. If you are unable to participate in the event, or the event is cancelled, you can still receive your packet, shirt and medal and you simply run the race on your own time on your own course.
