Description
Group training opportunity for high school athletes to improve fitness and have fun during the offseason.
Program includes:
- 8 Week Training Plan
- In-person group workout each week on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 p.m. at Clayton Track
- In-person group long run each week on Saturday mornings at 7:00 a.m. at Forest Park
- Coach presence at in-person workouts and long runs
- Email communication with coach
- Opportunity to train with and socialize with other high school athletes
- Program tee or tank
- Big River retail discount shopping opportunity
