Join the Friends of Birthright at the 20th Annual Run for Life and Learning benefitting Birthright Counseling, St. Louis! This hybrid event offers something for everyone. Opt for the socially distanced in-person event which includes a chip-timed 6K Run/Walk, 1 mile fun run/walk and 0.25 mile youth run with FredBird®! Or, be a part of the cause from a distance with our virtual 6K or 1 mile option.
Donations and sponsorships will fund the education of Birthright clients in financial need, enabling them to make better lives for themselves and their children. Funds raised in excess of scholarship and housing needs will be used to provide professional counseling and practical assistance to Birthright clients. Get your friends and family members together (in person or virtually) and enjoy a great morning supporting a worthwhile cause!

- This is a socially distanced event with limited touchpoints
- THERE WILL BE NO WATER/AID STATIONS ON THE 6K COURSE. Bottled water and pre-packaged snacks will be provided near the Tremayne shelter/ finish line area. Please bring your own in-race hydration if needed.
- Packet pick up is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED the day before the race. Your packet can be picked up (curbside) at Big River Running Co (West County store): 13969 Manchester Rd, Town and Country, MO 63011 from 10am-6pm on Friday, June 4th.
- Social distancing of at least 6 feet will be required throughout the event
- Masks/face coverings will be required at the event. Participants must wear their mask in the start/finish areas. Masks may be removed when you begin the race, but must be worn upon finishing the race.
- All participants will be required to complete a COVID-19 self assessment within 24 hours of their event. More information to come.
- Start times will be staggered. More information to come.
- There will not be an award ceremony. Winners of each age group (under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, over 60) will be mailed their medal.
